This is a great house. I've really enjoyed living here. Completely updated and restored 2023-24. It received a new roof and electric service (2023) and in 2024 was restored inside and out with fresh paint, windows, cabinets, countertops, flooring as well as appliances including washer and dryer. The attic was also finished, creating a large play area/room for young people. This home is rare in that it contains all original wood work and doors in amazingly good shape. The yard has been made to be low maintenance and attractive feature French drains to protect the foundation as well as plastic and gravel to manage rain water. This home is cozy and warm and completely finished and ready to move into and enjoy. While the home is awesome the other great thing about this home is the location. Located in the Lincoln/fairview historic district it is just 4 blocks up the street to over 2 miles of wooded walking trails in the Fairview cemetery. And south 6 blocks to the expansive fairmont
